Rhyne Howard continued her impressive start to the season, scoring a season-high 30 points to lead the Atlanta Dream to an 83-81 victory over the Seattle Storm on Tuesday night. Howard was efficient from the field, shooting 11-of-19, and also added 5 rebounds and 4 assists.Allisha Gray added 19 points for the Dream, while Tina Charles chipped in with 17 points and the game-winning layup with 18 seconds remaining.
The Dream trailed by 12 points in the third quarter but rallied back to take the lead in the fourth quarter. Howard was key in the comeback, scoring 10 points in the final period.
The win was the fourth straight for the Dream, who improved to 3-2 on the season. The Storm fell to 2-3.
